Hi, the razor just arrived and it looks amazing... only problem is that the Pack of 20 Feather Artist Club Professional blades didn't come with. Who should I talk to about this?

B.LoI have the same issue. They have an email if you follow the links through their help page if there's an issue with the shipment. While it's annoying, this is the first issue I've had since I've joined over a year ago.

B.LoHappened with mine, but they then shipped me the blades a few weeks later.
Didn't even have to contact them. Had already purchased a pack of blades through Amazon, so now I have PLENTY of blades!
