Yes, the latest firmware version (as of 6 Oct) support both bulit-in function layer and also VIA configuration

Does this keyboard have two 'B' keys?
Yes. I just built one. Mine came with a single B keycap and the 2 space bars so that if the keycap set you have for it didn’t have them in it you could still use it.
