Contents & Construction
With two separate, lined notepads of 50 pages each, the Field Journal Kit comes with plenty of paper. The two pouches on the inside of the nylon case offer protection and fit notepads up to 4 by 6 inches. The Kit comes with a durable, black Embassy Pen with a screw-closed lid to maintain a tight seal and protect it from water damage. The pen is also outfitted with cylindrical grooves for a better grip, and a pocket clip for convenient carry. If you run out of ink—not to worry—the Kit comes with a backup pen refill that easily slides into the pen’s anodized aluminum body. And if you ever need to write in the dark, this kit comes with a bright, clip-on LED light that attaches to virtually anything.
