I've one of these for amping my AKG K240 mkII and have really liked it as a good starter amp/dac. The only one negative I have to say about them was that there is no headphone cutoff circuit on them, so if you plan to use the line out to monitors or something, they will not shut off when you plug in your headphones. Other than that it's been great. I'll probably move mine to my office at work where I never use speakers and replace this one at home with something that has the cutoff (have been hoping for another Audioengine D1 buy).
