I'm looking for an amp that has a large power output. Something equal to or more then the E12. Will this do it?

Nope. The amp is fine, but it is not as powerful as the E12.
At 32ohms the E18 outputs 300mW vs the E12's 880mW.
Some folks report using the E18 by itself for headphones that aren't power-hungry, and using the E18's DAC with the E12 amp for headphones that demand a lot of power.
