Please no, this amp is garbage
any evidence to back up your statement?
This, and please also alternatives in this pricerange.
Tried it with several iems at the time, it had some audible noise and the amping wasn't much better than my old sansa player
Alternative: Don't buy an amp in this price range.
The extra $20 you'd save should have gone towards a slightly better pair of headphones. If your cans are high-impedance, you should have anticipated getting a decent amp in the first place, as this wouldn't be enough to drive them anyway.
I own this amp, and it has a noticeable noise floor with my IEMs and doesn't do much for my Grados nor my VISO HP50s. I had the chance to try out a friend's E10 and I have to say it'd be worth saving up for, since you'd want a DAC anyways if you're playing music from a smartphone.
If you really need the volume boost and don't mind some hissing or are into extra bass, this amp might be tolerable to the average listener.
