Hello Everyone! <br /><br />First of all, we hope you're enjoying your new X3s : )<br /><br />We assure you, these are all valid FiiO products. In the event you need a warranty replacement, just shoot an email to support@massdrop.com, we'll make sure you're taken care of. <br /><br />All that said, it is a little strange that these shipped without their stickers. We're checking with our vendors now and we'll let you know as soon as possible.<br /><br />Thanks for your patience and support!

WillHey guys,<br /><br />We are taking the missing authenticity sticker issue very seriously. We have just connected with our vendor in China, and they are making calls right now as we speak. We'll update you guys once we find out why some of the X3 shipped out don't have the stickers in place.<br /><br />I also want to re-iterate what @Will said earlier. We do not sell counterfeit products. Our order of the X3 literally rolled off the Fiio production line days before it was shipped out to everyone. We stand behind the products we sell 100%. In case any warranty work is needed, shoot us an email, and we'll take care of it.
