So, judging from everything I've read here and from what our distributor has told us, we're going to do the following.<br /><br />If you're one of the few people that received a Fiio without a sticker on it, you can email requesting a replacement. We'll send you a UPS label, and you can ship it back to us. We'll accept these requests up until September 19th. We'll get all of the X3's and ship them all back to China, and get a new batch of them from them, and ship them back out to you guys. Keep in mind, this process will take a while, my best guess is you'll get your replacement around October 20th.<br /><br />Those of you who have the stickers, obviously, this doesn't apply.<br /><br />Those of you who don't want to go through the hassle of this, feel free to keep using your genuine X3 product. If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, you can always send it back to us and you'll get a replacement through Fiio's RMA service (but we'll bounce it out to them for you, etc.).
