daniel.ekelundIn order to keep costs low, International shipments are sent out via UPS Mail Innovations. Unfortunately, this level of service does not include tracking updates so the UPS site simply shows "Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations". Our experience is that International packages typically take 2-6 weeks to reach their international destinations, depending on how long it takes your local customs inspectors to process it.

Markwhat about your replacement requests deadline of September 19 if the X3 hasn't reached us abroad by then and it turns out some of us got the package without the sticker? If it's usually 2-6 weeks it could be October 23 until the last of us gets theirs...
