Hello Everyone;<br /><br />I ordered my package in late June.<br />It shipped on August 2nd.<br />It arrived today August 13th.<br /><br />1) The declared value of the product was correct (so Massdrop kept their word and fixed the error from the last drop where the MSRP showed up, good job Massdrop)<br />2) I was able to track the package throughout U.S. and Canada! (this was unexpected, so thank you for upgrading the shipment method Massdrop)<br />3) I was not charged any duties and I live in Ontario, Canada (thank you god)<br />4) My package arrived safely, in tact, in great condition (thank you mass drop)<br /><br />Everything was delivered within the specifications communicated by Massdrop, so thank you!<br /><br />My only quarrel: IT TOOK SOO LONG! :( I cant find myself waiting that long again, especially, because I saw a competitor (Canada computers) had the same product for $7 more expensive but I could have it within one day with in store pickup or 3 days through shipping....so was it worth waiting 30 days to save $7? Not in this case. If I cant find a better price and shipping is not a concern, I will shop with Massdrop again.<br /><br />Thank you Massdrop Personnel, you have been professional and honest in this dealing I had with you.

ZainThanks for your feedback @Zain!<br /><br />We understand that the wait for this group buy was much longer than ideal. When we were preparing the logistics for this group buy, we grossly underestimated how drastic Fiio shifted production capacity away from E17 and E09K due to the launch of their new X3 digital audio player. And ultimately, the shortage of the inventory level from our supplier caused the delay that everyone experienced.<br /><br />Lesson learn, and we will be much more diligence going forward to ensure this does not happen again.
