I own almost all of their products save this one, until now that is. Finally added this beauty to my collection and I’m so happy that I did. I’ve made some soups and a stew in it and the way it holds temp is amazing. I love the fit and finish of this Dutch oven, and when it sits on my range top it always gets comments from guests.

It's a really smart design, and has amazing, even heat conductivity. It's got the quality and heft of a product that will last for literally generations. As a bonus, when it's filled with a braise or stew, lifting from the oven is functional fitness. :P
