The key to the design is the thick, pre-seasoned cast-iron build, which means the pan is ready to use right out of the box. Polished to an ultra-smooth finish, the cast iron is naturally nonstick and will last a lifetime if cared for correctly. What’s more, the pan is compatible with gas, induction, electric, coals, and in the oven. The octagonal shape makes serving and pouring even easier than with a traditional round skillet. For the handle, FINEX elected to use stainless steel, which cools down quicker for serving and transporting food. To that end, there’s also a ribbed helper handle for heftier meals.
