What is the output power? Is the battery user-replaceable?

deharrisonThese are also the first two things that I thought of. Would love an answer. Not having a power output in the description is unacceptable for an amplifier.

deharrisonOn that note, what is the output impedance? More info from Firestone and/or Massdrop would be appreciated.

JustWindowShoppinghttp://www.head-fi.org/t/718790/review-firestone-audio-fireye-hdb-new-balance I used this review to make my decision to buy this amp. I think it has more information than provided here and has some real world usage reviews. This review states "Output 2Vrms, Balance in Balance Out". I'm not sure what that means, but you might. It also states that the single end out accepts TRRS balanced plug, which I have not tried yet, so I cannot comment. But is very useful if you have IEMs or headphones that have this termination for balanced mode. That way you don't have to adapt (on the balanced output) to the RSA plug. Just some useful info. I think it's a great little amp with a lot of options. I had previously wanted to buy the discontinued ibasso Pelican which was fully balanced, but it was discontinued. The Ray Samuels one that is like this HDB is twice as much and didn't seem to offer any additional benefits. Just my two cents, and I'm pretty happy with it's performance. Did I mention, it's small which I like.

deharrisonI am not sure if the battery is user replaceable, but the chassis is easy to access since it is only secured by it's screws (not glued together or snapped together). I had to return the first one that I purchased because it came from Australia and had a scratchy pot. I opened it up and the inside chassis just slid right out after taking off the screws and knob stuff. I'm pretty sure that the battery was not soldered in, but I could be wrong. Sorry if that didn't help at all. Just wanted to at least let you know that the insides were easily accessible.
