Doubtful at this price but you can always buy them separately. That said, if you check Amazon reviews for pens that come with the clip, it often leads to a lost pen since it slips off the pen a bit too easily.

kittykatmaxYup that is how I lost my second one of these. Slipped off and got crushed by a conveyor belt at UPS.

kittykatmaxThat's not my experience, but I could see how that could happen in some cases. My second bullet space pen I received came with an ever-so-slightly smaller o-ring than what was required for a snug fit, so I just contacted Fisher and they sent me 2 or 3 o-rings for free. Switched them out and they work fine. My first and third space pens didn't have this issue. YMMV.
I would not buy these without the clip though, I just find it too useful. I also prefer the flat capped black matte bullet pen because it's just slightly shorter without sacrificing size to grip the pen. It also sits better when clipped in pocket, I usually clip it in my "fifth" coin pocket which is the perfect size. I'd suggest those who love space pens to give that bullet space pen variation a try because I didn't think I could love my space pen any more, but apparently I could! Hope this enlightens anyone considering these.
