What's not to love?
If you have a Fisher Space Pen this will be a great addition and if you don't then this is a great way to start a collection. Hard to only have 1.

Love It!
I've been using this pen for over a year now, and I have a feeling I will be using it for years more. Writes extremely smoothly, and fits perfectly in my pocket.

Very Unique, Reliable, Functionality is not quite what I expected
First of all, the pen comes in a very nice little box with a protective card-stock sleeve. Beautiful presentation for a beautiful pen. I ordered the one with the black titanium-nitride handle and chrome cap (Black TiNi and Chrome Infinium, black ink). When open with the cap on top, I must say that the pen is perfectly balanced. The inscriptions on the clip look very nice, and its shape definitely compliments the body of the pen. When having the pen clipped on a pocket, I have never had it fall off or move around, even though the clip is technically attached with a pressure fitting, which can rotate and slide if you push on it hard enough. Nevertheless it is sturdy. When closed, the cap stays on tightly, and is still easy to remove. When mounted on the top, the cap is a significantly looser, but definitely won't fall off by itself. Because of the fitting inside the cap that holds it in place, it always has to be rotated if you want it perfectly centered, but that's just an OCD thing. Functionality wise, the pen does not write completely flawlessly on a flat/hard desk, but 1 or 2 pieces of paper underneath and the writing really IS flawless. Moderate pressure will write consistent lines in medium point width, while light pressure may be a tiny bit spotty, but writes in fine point. It has trouble writing below 35-40 degrees from vertical which isn't an issue for most people, but may be an issue if you have an unconventional grip. Otherwise, the pen really is beautiful, and definitely a conversation starter. The price seems steep for the functionality and build of the pen(mostly just the quality of the clip), but to be honest you're paying for a space pen that's guaranteed to last for your entire life, so it's definitely worth 5 stars. I do really like the pen.

Better than expected!
I was surprised to discover the compact size it was with cap in place covering the working end of this pen. At the same time, when the cap is reversed to enable writing with it, the pen "grows" to adequately balance in my writing hand and feel like a full sized pen. The only unknown so far is the pens longevity since it is supposed to last forever and I've never had a pen in this category with ink that didn't dry out eventually.

Good
The pen is well balanced, writes well and over all is finished to a good standard. One small issue is the pen cap, the opening could have been finished better, being quite sharp edged. Overall it’s a great pen.

This is a terrific pocket pen. It is always in my front right pocket with other similar essentials filling a position formerly occupied by a lighter years back. I love this pen and will always have this or a space pen version like this in my front right pocket. It always works, it will never run dry and I can use it proudly for any occasion. The only problem I have ever had with this and a predecessor version of this pen from Fischer, is that other people tend to keep it when I let my guard down.
