I've been using the Fitbit Wireless Charge HR since the beginning of March and have really enjoyed it. The model here doesn't have the heart rate monitor of the HR, but I think most of my experience is applicable.
The battery life lasts nearly a week (though it sounds like this one will last more than a week), and the charging takes an hour or two when it's almost empty. One cool battery feature is I will receive both a phone notification and email letting me know when the battery is running low (and it's enough warning that even if it get the email first thing in the morning I can make it through the day before charging).
The silent (vibrating) alarm is also great, and I find it wakes me up better than the alarm clock I was using before. Plus, it doesn't bother my wife, which is definitely a plus. I do wish you could set bi-weekly schedules for the alarm, but that's not a huge issue.
Most importantly is that it's been great for motivating me to be more active, both at work and at home. It's not a magic ticket to being healthier, but I've found all the data it provides to be great at getting me up and moving much more frequently.
