The movement is most likely the Chinese 7750 clone coming out of 1 of 3 Chinese factories. Skeptical on the Swiss claim.
The extra jewels are explained here:
“The reverser wheel in the autowinder has the Shanghai five jewel clutch, not the two pawls as ETA prefers (making this a 30 jewel movement.) This particular example refuses all attempts to free the clutch up and the rotor spins when it is wound by hand” -WUS
This movement has been around since 2009 originally at 21.6 and now 28.8 bph.
This is is not a value and you can find “genuine” ETA 7750 movements for $700. The “fair price” for this should be under $700 imho.
