Two concerns: 1) Would they be able to hold up to the rigours of a thru-hike, such as the PCT 2) What is the support/customer service for these poles like? For example, for long distances, replacement tips would become necessary. Are these replacement parts easy to find in the US?

CallMeInvictusI cannot answer #1 because I have not used the poles yet but it looks like UOG carries various accessories for these poles including the tips. http://www.ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk/fizan-m47

TReaper405I did come across that link but US based stores don't seem to have them? From what I can tell...

CallMeInvictusIt's looking that way. I see a few stores that carry the poles and all the accessories/parts except those tips. Shipping them to the US from UOG looks to be about $7.

CallMeInvictusI have used these poles for at least 120 days without any degradation in performance or any signs of failure. I think they would be one of the more reliable choices in their weight class. Fizan is making a greater effort to have a US presence, with improved distribution out of the NorthEast, so it will become easier to get replacement parts here. Additionally, tips from other brands may work with these poles - it's worth checking out.

DannyMilksDanny, I have joined this drop. If these are either green or black? I will take them. ! If red or some other color cancel my order!

Survivalist7While Fizan does make these poles in other colors, the only option in this drop is for the green and black scheme. Thanks for joining the drop!
