Fjallraven make the best pants you've never heard of. The tech in their pant line is amazing. Stretch polyamide, articulated knees, gaiter-convertible pants (on some models, not the Abiskos), bootlace hooks (some models), adjustable reinforced cuffs (some models), sustainable waterproofing wax, all of these things you can find in other companies, but not together in one company, let alone in the same pants.
While I don't have the Abisko Lites, yet, I do have a pair of Abisko convertibles. The darker material you see in the pictures is G1000 lite, a canvas like proprietary fabric made by Fjallraven. This is the tougher, reinforced fabric. The lighter color is a stretch polyamide, making for incredible comfort in any position. The belt loops will be the G1000 tougher fabric, the fly a Fjallraven (arctic fox) head button, and the HEM WILL BE UNFINISHED. You will need to have these tailored to your desired length, which I suggest be your usual inseam +1 inch. This will be a lightweight, breathable, quick drying incredibly comfortable pant, with a bit of reinforcement in knees, calves, and seat, that will work for climbing, trekking, backpacking, camping during the summer and a mild fall. If your use is outside those parameters, maybe look at the Keb pants.
I have four pairs of Fjallraven pants, two pairs of Kebs, the Abisko Convertibles, and the Barents Winter Insulated. They are amazing.
