Unfortunately, upon diving in just now I see that your name was not on the list of those contacted and it should have been. We apologize for this oversight and for your poor experience here on Massdrop.

Not a satisfying outcome for those of us suddenly informed this late in the game of cancellation. Easier to order this item individually from another website than to rely upon this kind of outcome, especially when I see that there was a comment about backorder in this discussion but I received no email about changing color, and I do not follow discussions.

Very, very disappointed. To my knowledge, no one reached out to me about changing the color. I don't follow discussions. All I received was notice of cancellation. If the entire order was canceled, so be it, although that is quite disturbing. But if I could have changed colors, and was not Informed, that is worse than disturbing. That causes me to reevaluate counting upon Massdrop.
