Not a satisfying outcome for those of us suddenly informed this late in the game of cancellation. Easier to order this item individually from another website than to rely upon this kind of outcome, especially when I see that there was a comment about backorder in this discussion but I received no email about changing color, and I do not follow discussions.
Donald4HI @Donald4 - There was an email sent from our Customer Service team on 12/16 providing impacted customers with options to revise their product on order. Unfortunately, upon diving in just now I see that your name was not on the list of those contacted and it should have been. We apologize for this oversight and for your poor experience here on Massdrop.

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/10.

Hey everyone -- A handful of the color options that were shown at launch are not actually available (Flame Red, Green, Lake Blue, Orange, Taupe). Only a handful of members are affected, and our support team will reach out to let these members know. If you selected one of these, we're sorry for the error. Please select a different color or cancel your order in My Transactions.
JonasHeinemanVery, very disappointed. To my knowledge, no one reached out to me about changing the color. I don't follow discussions. All I received was notice of cancellation. If the entire order was canceled, so be it, although that is quite disturbing. But if I could have changed colors, and was not Informed, that is worse than disturbing. That causes me to reevaluate counting upon Massdrop.
Orders have been shipped from our warehouse and are now on the way. Once tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Awaiting delivery. While the rest of the group's order is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now, we've just learned that a minor UPS delay has prevented the shipment from arriving as early as originally anticipated.
