My shipment is sitting at Heathrow since Nov 5. Status says "consignee contacted for payment" but no communication received so far. No response from @massdrop as well for the ticket raised.

bozo007Hey @bozo007 -- Looks like DHL got in touch and your package was sent out the same day payment was received on November 18th, then your package arrive on the 19th.

JonasHeineman Hi Jonas. I got the same problem with another Fjällräven product, but as a different drop the övik 20l. It´s with the DHL were it says it “Shipment is cleared by customs” and that have been going on for quite a while. It should been delivered the 30th Dec and last info on the package was last Friday. No further information

JonasHeinemanDelayed response, sorry.
I did all the legwork of calling DHL, getting the phone number of the clearance agency, calling the agency and making the payment. I am now going to think twice about buying here. I face no such problems with Amazon.
