How long does it take for a reply from Massdrop? I initially got in contact with someone for a refund, as the post office was charging me $24 + tax to pick up the package which completely killed the deal. So I asked for a refund by refusing the package since that was my only option (other than to take the hit). It's been over a month since they were shipped to me and the post office was supposed to send it back according to tracking by September 23.
My problem is I e-mailed Massdrop October 1st asking how much longer I am supposed to wait for my refund and I received no reply.
