The draw string on the tiny pouch inside the bag came right off on mine (M size) . No way to fix it, so now it just annoyingly gets in the way whenever I rummage through things. My only criticism is that it's just plain difficult to look for things in your bag, the way it's designed. The rucksack pullstring at the top of the bag doesn't allow you to fully and clearly open up the bag for a good view of its contents. I guess the bag is meant to be very stiff-looking and tight, you're pretty much buying it because it's trendy and it looks good. Literally a laptop, a charger, and a book and you're up to capacity. My last backpack was an admittedly unstylish Eddie Bauer "commuter" style backpack that lasted over 6 years, which was definitely a ton more functional than this rucksack.
If I had to do it again, I'd probably go try on the large backpack at a store and see if it really makes "shorter" guys (I'm 5"8) look weird.

bananabomberSounds like you're exaggerating because I managed to fit a few change of clothes, headphones, laptop, chargers, you name it for a trip a month ago. These a couple photos when the bag arrived to test what could fit in the bag.
