I am still waiting for my replacement bag. I was shipped the wrong bag (I ordered a large and they sent a small). I e-mailed with customer service and sent back the bag over a week ago when they said they would send a replacement. But no news on when I will get my new bag. Extremely frustrating. And no one has responded to my last two e-mails. This is my first experience with Massdrop and it is pretty close to being my last. Can someone please contact me and let me know when my new bag is coming? Otherwise, I don't know what to do other than dispute the charge and I do not want to put either of us through that.
I can't remember the last time I complained to costumer service this much, but I also cannot remember the last time I had such a difficult time getting something I paid for over a month ago.
