I've read in reviews that these are sized small in the waist and you need to go up a size. Does anyone know if this is correct?

ozidaveI have a pair. They fit my natural waist size accurately. 5'11", 170lb and athletic, wearing 31" waist ("EU 46, US Men's 30-31" says the label). I have fairly large thighs and calves, and these fit comfortably.
