I call utter bullshit on the comment that some pants are not more fun than others. I can see at least one friend of mine laughing uncontrollably at these.
Also call it on the comment about trademark. Trademarks are registered for words, designs or symbols, not materials. One has to "patent" those. Like "Lycra" is a registered trademark for spandex, the material invented by Dupont, or Gore-Tex is a trademark for a patented material which is "a porous form of polytetrafluoroethylene with a micro-structure characterized by nodes interconnected by fibrils".
