Just got my carbon steel version. Beautiful knife. Haven't used it yet, but the in-hand feel is excellent. But I was wondering, does anyone have any thoughts on a blade protector? I don't have a good spot for a stand or magnetic hanger, so I've mostly used a plastic edge protector for my heavy western blades so they can hang out in a drawer. This Florentine is a little more Japanese in shape (kind if like a deep gyuto, which is what initially attracted me) and doesn't fit well. Maybe there's a properly shaped saya around? Any thoughts?
