The Level/Plane does work on carpet, especially with lower, textured styles. We recommend using a small chair mat or our base mats (available on our website) to provide a firmer surface to optimize your flow. All Flooring: Decks work on most floors, including carpet, wood, and concrete surfaces. We do recommend that a protective mat or surface be placed in between the deck and your floor to protect the floor from the constant motion of the deck (not unlike what you'd see from a rolling chair in a similar work area).
