You mean headband replacement? There is no such thing with any Focal model. You have to be careful with it and use some sort of headband protection to prolong its lifespan. However, I believe you can ship it back to them for replacement for some pretty big money but only for their official models icluding Elear, Elegia, Clear, Clear Professional, Stellia and Utopia. Elex is only a co-lab model so they can refuse to repair or replace it.
This site actually teach me to value such things as warranty, service and repairs after the purchase. Yes, you can get a great product in a short terms. However, I think more and more people are starting to realize the shortcoming and appreciate better customer service straight from the manufacturer. I predict the slow decline of interest in this kind of "middle man" unpredictable scenarios and customers will rather pay extra to get great product secured in a long run.
The fiasco with pads is just another prove how the communication between drop and other manufacturers is basicaly non-existent. Create hype, then cash in and one year later they will provide you with products of poor or rather qustionable quality.
The ideas presented here will be only used as some sort of guide how to find an alternative comparable product straight from the manufacturer's source with all potential benefits. If they don't start to take it more seriously people here will eventually run out patience and abondon this wagon for good...and I can guarantee it will die slowly.
...and I would love to see the opposite for sure. Time will tell us more...
