From the most pedantic shipping and delivery,
it's week's three on a domestic order that's going to take a longer than a month.
having to wait a week for response from Drop customer support,
all the hype disappeared
I just want the product I ordered and paid for more than a month ago.
If the product is anything remarkable a review will be updated.
Save yourself and just go through Amazon,
you'll get the same service only your product will actually get to in a timely manner.
There's too much uncertainty with drop,
The Product still hasn't arrived. Staring to feel like this is a highly organized scam/ fake product.
There still hasn't been any confirmation from customer support, not even an auto gen.
I have been through the same strife. I can say rather confidently that the cause behind the dalays is none other than the global epidemic. Hopefully things will return to normal soon.
But anyways, did anyone elses ear pieces break into two pieces by day 3?
Do you mean the plastic body of the iem, or the silicone tip part?
