Yeah, this isn't a great deal. As it stands you can get an entire Japanese box for $95 on amazon, and a Russian one for $115. The packs that have the money languages are from sets with bad ev, like BFZ, where the only money is in expeditions, but you can get those in English packs too
This doesn't feel like a super deal to me. 9 boosters less than a box for $8 less than a box. Not a lot of people pimp out their standard decks fully, so unlike Khans where you could pull a Foil Japanese or Russian Fetch, your Japanese Gideon isn't going to get you super far.
I agree with Wakoflakotaco, $65 feels like a good price point here.
Edit: Just realized there are Magic: Origins packs in here, so you are basically just paying $20 per lottery ticket in the Foil Japanese Jace, Vryn's Prodegy Sweepstakes.
