The delay in shipment along with waiting for a drop to end is pretty annoying at first, but after ordering many items I tend to enjoy the surprise. When it takes months to receive an item (as is the case with massdrop fairly often) you actually forget it's coming. This isn't toilet paper and we can delay the arrival to the point it becomes an unknown package with a surprise gift you forgot about. Of course getting an item you've purchased quickly is better but the delay is a surprising dopamine shot. Ohhh yeah! I bought a fancy spinning top for no reason!Live beneath your means and the little perks are pretty nice, delayed or not. Rant=off.
