First time using DROP, and what I get is a lame excuse:
"We had to cancel the launch due to an error with the way the page was set up."
It sounds like they quit making it for a typo on their page or something, and that is not professional at all...
If you really have a problem on the page, you could just correct it or add a second page to let customers modify their order accordingly via transaction number, or even contact with email instead of cancelling orders.
