Have updated news for the remaining members of the group. The vendor submitted a delivery change request as advised by us and it looks like UPS did in fact change the delivery address, but for some reason the delivery address was again changed and is now being rerouted to the return address. We are coordinating another shipment from the vendor right now and at the same time trying to call back the shipment on its way back. This is an extremely strange situation and we are working with both the vendor and UPS to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Whether a new order is shipped to us next week or the original order is rerouted to us, we will be ready to have it turned around for you all as soon as it arrives. We will keep you updated with news as it comes in.

Even saying that there is no update would be better than your current policy of ignoring your own deadlines. As it is now, it just seems like you guys have forgotten about this, which is unacceptable.
