Quick update for the group. We were finally able to get into contact with our representative at the vendor. The remaining orders have been shipped and will arrive at our warehouse on 12/10. We will make sure that our warehouse team prioritizes the shipment and that it is shipped out to you very quickly.
The reason for the delay was do due to our representative being hospitalized for the last week and unable to reply to our requests. They are back now and are very apologetic for the lack of communication. We will follow up on Monday with the latest tracking info for the group.
Apologies for the wait and we are working to have this drop fulfilled ASAP.
Expect an update from us on 12/10 or sooner if something comes up.
