jimmy-lTheir website says that the keychain tailcap is in the works. So guessing not included with this batch. Would love to be wrong about that, though!

I own both models, purchased directly from Prometheus. Here's some guidance: at distances up to about 50 feet (15 meters), both lights will light up anything you point them toward. The real difference between the two is in the beam pattern. The Turbo model produces a defined hotspot for maximum foveal vision, with a generous spill beam to illuminate your peripheral vision. The Regular model is all flood beam, illuminating a wide area more or less uniformity. The magnetic tailcap holds both lights securely. Both models allow the user to program the sequence of available power levels, do you can quickly access the intensity levels you use most. St the highest output level, both lights easily light up objects at 100-150 feet; the Turbo model just does it better. Finally, if you don't already have a lithium-ion battery charger, get the Flex charger as part of the bundle, it's definitely worth it. Please note that although both lights will allow you to use standard 3 volt primary camera batteries, those camera batteries will only provide power up to the 300 lumen output level. The highest output level on each light (the 700-900 lumen range) can only be activated when using a high discharge 3.6v rechargable cell. You would do yourself a favor if you buy at least one "extra" high-discharge cell. Regardless of which light you select, it will serve you well. And if you're still having trouble deciding, get both!

DaveTheDudeSpare H.O. 47's rechargeable cells are sold in sets of two :). When You purchase these lights, if You upgrade, it includes a battery charger for these cells. @DaveTheDude I'll post some beamshots here later next week. I have a session planned for both MKIII lights.
