Been trying to contact fox knives America because one of the screws for the pocket clip broke off in the handle. Total of 6 attempts to contact going back as far as May 24 (4 email, 2 phone calls). 3 of my emails were never responded to. One was responded to with the promise of further communication following the representative contacting the factory. No further communication was received. The two phone calls resulted in no effectual help, and someone from the warranty/repair area was supposed to contact me as quickly as possible. No such communication has been received. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a knife company.
