Or maybe you found a strange new breed in the Chicago River that have adapted to survive with invasive Asian Carp? If one were to make a marine life comparison, my vote would be for a red Chinook salmon.

Still haven't got mine, Christmas present ruined. Must have chosen the slowest possible shipping method. After being so late you would think they would at least send it express. Not happy.

Got mine yesterday-it is truly awesome! Worth the wait. I got the one with the wood handles, and I am glad I did. Very well made, blade is very sharp, and the blade contour is excellent. Mine came with a carry case-a nice touch. Very impressed
