UPS Surepost for the win.... not :(
On April 7, my package from UPS made it to Jacksonville, FL, and it was transferred to the USPS there. That makes sense; I'm in PR, and that's where the port is to make it to PR the cheapest way possible. So I check on the USPS tracking number that UPS provided and instead of getting to PR, the item is heading north to... New Jersey? First time I see that happen with a Surepost package...
silverthornneDid you finally get these? It's very common for these tracking numbers to show events out of sequence. The package came from New Jersey, so hopefully it was correct info in the wrong order.

JonasHeinemanGot it. Customer support helped me out; for some reason the original shipment was marked as if the address was undeliverable and returned to your warehouse but customer support sent me another one to the same address and it arrived with no issues. I hope you guys didn't have to pay shipping to the carrier again because it was a mistake on their end when they didn't deliver it at first.
Btw, thanks for always looking out for your customers Mr. Heineman! :)

InkybeadsHey @Inkybeads -- Thanks, that's really nice to hear! I do have to give credit to @liz on this one, she's been doing a great job of working with Franklin-Christoph while I have been focusing more on our EDC community. I absolutely LOVE this paper - perfect balance of smooth and toothy, somehow dries quickly without any feathering using all the inks I've tried. I'm pretty sure they sprinkle magic fairy dust in with the sugarcane fibers.
