I have a very similar model, the Fujifilm XP90, and I love it. I've taken it snorkeling, diving, and on all manner of rough adventures. It takes above average pictures and video underwater, although the camera does require you to be still to get sharp images. Out of the water, it's a great little point and shoot.
If you get it for underwater pics and video, be sure to get a floating lanyard or wrist strap, it sinks like a rock if you drop it.
This is a good "general purpose" camera with ease of use, decent OPTICAL zoom (also added digital zoom) The MAJOR issue for me was that an f4-f8 lens is just WAY to slow.. anything not WELL-lighted is a no-go. If you're into outdoor activities with good light, this will serve you well for a pretty low price. I find that the bulk of casual photographers (the cell-phone crowd) will find this too slow and not be happy with the results
