Designed for Fujifilm X-mount mirrorless cameras, the Fujifilm XF 50–140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR lens has been optimized for shooting in harsh environments. Featuring a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 76–213mm, the lens is well suited for wildlife and sports photography where distance and movement play an important factor. The OIS system provides up to five stops of shake correction for crystal-clear images in challenging lighting conditions. Triple linear motors deliver speedy autofocus and smooth, quiet operation—especially important when shooting video or working at long focal lengths. The five extra-low-dispersion elements and single super-low-dispersion element help to minimize chromatic aberrations. Nano-GI (Gradient Index) and HT-EBC coatings have been applied to lens elements to alter the refractive index between the glass and air in order to suppress lens flares and ghosting.
