Which grade of titanium is it? Some can be pretty soft, and those are definitely not suitable to be used as can openers etc.

It is not possible to deep form grade 5 titanium into a spoon because of its hardness. I know as we tried all titanium grades when developing the product. 100 HRB is not soft, it is significantly harder with processing than most outdoor cutlery on the market which is usually around 65 HRB. FullWindsorWell, 100 HRB corresponds to 22-23 HRC. Cheap Chinese knives from cheapest steel have hardness way above 40 HRC. I have some parts made of Grade 2 titanium and they are way softer than worst and cheapest no-name steel.
