steveSlow shipping. Bad/nonexistent customer support.

KubiAs someone who has bought multiple things with Massdrop I would have to disagree on that front. I've always felt that anyone can give great service when there's nothing wrong, it's how they respond to problems that is the real test.
The one time I've had an issue with something I got from Massdrop wasn't even their fault. I got the Philips Fidelio X1 in a drop and the leather band on the top was a bit scuffed in transit, which is more a problem with what I felt was poor packaging materials on Phillips' part. I contacted MD and was quick to get a response. They paid me back for the shipping cost to send the headphones back (taking my word for it before seeing the receipt I'd packed in the shipping box), and once I got the 2nd set of headphones they again promptly gave me back the money charged for duties as well.
Slow shipping is a bit vague to be honest. You can't expect MD to keep ready stock of all products beforehand, they need to know how many people are joining the drop since they're a group buy website not an online retailer. If the manufacturer/supplier is slow to send them the requested number of items, how are they supposed to do anything about it? Once they get it though I've never had slow shipment times, but I live in Canada and whoever you talked to may be from somewhere farther away (at which point it's understandable that it takes longer). I always without fail have received my item 10 business days after it's been shipped from MD, much like when I order something from eBay from an American seller.
I get that I may be one voice and whoever you talked to may be another, but you should try gaining your own experience rather than just basing opinion off of anecdotal experience. This is also a fantastic price for a mouse I really wanted to buy before I got my Mionix. The only reason I went with Mionix at the time was that ultimately this mouse didn't work with Windows 8 and that was a dealbreaker for me.

KubiI have had nothing but impeccable customer service from Massdrop. I've purchased several items from here and have had minimal issues. Hell, even the one issue I did have (wrong item sent - twice) was resolved super fast, and they let me keep the items they sent me in error.
