CrystylizdWindows 7, emailed their tech support got a reply in a reasonable amount of time. Got the mouse to end up working. Had a lot of trouble with the firmware update, but all seems to be well with it at the moment. It was quite weird, didn't work on my laptop after trying it on my PC, but after defaulting it it ended up working. So i would say that if you guys have any trouble after the firmware update try defaulting it and rebooting. Seemed to work.
PlyteThank you! You saved me a lot of frustration. Here are the exact steps I used.
1. Install the firmware update (confirm the checksum as you do so)
2. Click Restore default and then click All profiles
3. Click Apply and wait for it to do its thing
4. IMPORTANT: Re-plug the mouse. It still didn't work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in.
