At first I could understand that somethings take time but now it is to the point where I no longer want the product and I think things need to be done to uphold customer satisfaction. I don't care about the price so much as not being able to get it in time.
Whether it is the vendor or Massdrop, things need to be done to show that someone cares about the consumer because I feel this is an instance where someone has to bite the bullet. Please think about those of us who ordered and are awaiting an item that can now be procured elsewhere for cheaper and be received more quickly.
I have made many orders with Massdrop and have many current orders but this is one that should be comped in some way.
