What makes this watch special is that it's solar powered and it has an atomic time calibration function that syncs up with an atomic clock tower to ensure that you're always running on exact atomic time. It's functionally similar to my Citizen Skyhawk A-T JY0010-50E although the polished titanium bracelet and black ion plated titanium bezel on that watch make it a lot more versatile for wearing to the office, or to functions. It's just a classier looking watch instead of a sport watch. The price on this drop isn't great either, amazon sells this one for $369 with free shipping.
