Everything was fine and dandy up until about a month into owning it. Panel developed a dead green subpixel in the right-center portion of the screen. Contacted Massdrop and they put me in contact with the company handling warranty issues. They were super polite and offered to meet in person to hand off a new one. Swapped the panels, came home, got everything set up and first noticed that the stand on the replacement wouldn't hold vertically. No big, I bought a pneumatic arm to mount it on anyways. Finally, in the exact same spot, despite being a completely different monitor, there's a stupid-bright stuck magenta pixel. Am currently attempting to remedy it with a flashing test pattern. Hopefully it works. TL;DR, would be happy as a clam if not for random dead pixels popping up.

I really love mine, BUT the monitor really is only 100Hz by default (you can still overclock it to 120Hz though) AND please change the external power supply, mine died after only a month. Other than that, I really love it. 100% would recommend for the price.

My main issue is this monitor requires you to turn it on every time you use it, a downgrade from my 1998 monitor. I am on a $2.5k+ rig, yet I need to find the remote to turn on the screen. Dealbreaker. ALSO. The blacks are actually grey and you can see the backlights very easily at any contrast ratio (I would provide a pic but massdrop requires instagram for that (questionable!!)). If you cannot find the remote then forget about even using this monitor, because the interface is reversed and hard to use. Plus the rear inputs stopped working after the first month. Monitor droops down with zero tension. Also HDR does not work in America with this monitor, period. Sound is so terrible as to not be useful. I wouldn't recomend this to anyone, nor would I pay half the amount I paid. The 100-120hz is visually a sales gimmick and looks nothing like a true 120hz monitor. Cheap and unapologetic. I regret my purchase.

I've had my monitors (1 for me, 1 for wife) for a month now. We really like them. Crisp picture. I didn't even OC it. I'm fine with it at 100hz. My only "complaint" is I lean into games when the action gets going, and this thing is huge!

First monitor that came was broken, non of the ports worked properly, and it was just bad. Got in contact with MassDrop on a saturday with a request for a replacement or refund they responded within hours that I need to contact manufacturer but provided a contact email and everything. Jason (contact at GStory) quickly helped out by providing a return label to send my broken monitor back and they'll send a new one right away. A couple days after I sent my broken on I was finally able to get the fedex tracking number for my new unit. And finally got it today. Still playing with the settings. and using with a macbook while working is an interesting experience. Waiting for DP cable on friday to connect to my pc. My only gripe is HDMI port 1 has some problems connecting (shows video then flashes to black screen every couple seconds) but it's not enough of a problem to try for another RMA

G-Story CS (customer service) responded very quickly to me because my monitor had display issues. They shipped one out to me immediately and I hope to receive it very soon. I can speak first hand when I say they are responsive and really take care of you if you have issues.

Terrible experience, just got my monitor, doesn't power on, stand isn't holding tilt position, and the top left portion of the frame is damaged. To cap that all off, I paid extra fees of $120 CAD when I received it in shipping and handling fees other than the original shipping and handling I paid when I ordered it!
