Bummer! Almost jumped on this. Sadly brown switches are no longer available. Looks like super low supply.

How durable is the keyboard overall? Considering using it as a keyboard for my laptop when I travel for work, but want to make sure it will survive being in a laptop bag, travel, etc.

The physical switches and casing parts are the same, however, I don't know if the controller chip is the same or not, even though they do use the very similar software for firmware updates. The reason I moved to Gamdias is that my Havit shifted all key positions (meaning press A, I get S, press S I get D, so on) after updating the firmware, and the firmware version was "updated" from 1.6 to 1.2, targeted to 1.8. Basically bricked it, oh if you ask me why update firmware in the first place, yeah, the windows lock key lits up when it's off, and turns off when the lock is on, not an issue for many people, but it did really annoy the heck out of me, hence all the trash experience. I didn't bother with Havit again after since the price is actually more expensive than Gamdias at the time I got mine,

So I just received my M3 RGB. I really like it even though I was hesitant on the quality of the switches. The brown switches included turned out to pretty decent and mostly uniform over the whole keyboard. They're also pretty much on par with Cherry Brown switches for sound and feel though as mentioned above not quite as uniform in performance. The RGB looks great but the download page for the HERA software to fully control the RGB and so on is broken on GAMDIAS' website. If I could improve one thing on this keyboard it would be the stands on the front. They really don't elevate the keyboard at the front much. Though I suppose most people want this keyboard for the low profile than anything. Another small thing would be the keys themselves. They are almost too smooth. Oh and one more thing, I got hit for a $25 dollar CAD customs charge but good luck ever seeing this keyboard in stock on Amazon Canada so I'll let it slide this time. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this keyboard. *EDIT* I take back what I said on the availability of this keyboard on Amazon Canada. It's available right now but for an uncomfortable price of $134.09 CAD. Prime shipping but still. This keyboard is not worth that price in my honest opinion. Not with non Cherry or perhaps Kailh switches, certainly.

Well, waiting for the blue-switch option to come up. Waited so long, Amazon now have it for $55, guess my waiting ends here.

Has anyone else had issues getting a copy of Hera that functions? I went on Gamdias's site, but the copy of Hera crashes immediately, no GUI or anything. =/

I got it working by using compatibility mode; right-click your shortcut icon and click on Properties, select the Compatibility tab, then tick the checkbox for compatibility mode and see if that works for you.

I finally figured it out as well. I had to run as administrator to get the software to work on my Windows 10 install. It does look like it installs a phone home device of some kind so I just set all my settings, applied and saved them directly to my keyboard with the software and uninstalled the software. Your settings remain on the keyboard.

Wish they had red switches as an option, but I guess with a price like this for a low-profile mech-keyboard they're probably getting rid of b-stock or something of that manner.

Muscle memory has me set in my ways now, so I have to ask: is there any means to remap/swap the Windows/Fn keys on this board? Thanks.

Thanks for the research and links (I can see the Fn-Win swap checkbox clear as day...you would think that's something they'd add to the description here on the MD page). Might have to grab one of these now.
