Product Description
Due to the way these dice are made, there's a mold contact point in each dice that'll be slightly rough or disfigured, here are some pictures to make sure you're aware before making the purchase Read More

I tried joining this buy when it came out. Gave all my personal information and credit card information. When the buy ended I got zero information. I then tried to email customer service about the issue, no response. Then I forgot about it for a little while but now I'm back. Is there anyway I can get some information as to what happened to my order?

Not to sound like a jerk or anything, but I found these both cheaper for the product and cheaper for shipping at GameStation.net?
I've yet to order something from MassDrop and to plan to sometime, but this deal is having me scratch my head.
There are pre-inked sets on GameStation.net for $11.25 and $2.99 for shipping for Opaque Black with White Ink and Seashell White with Black Ink. There are a bunch of other options as well and all made by Game Science.

I'm slightly confused, so some additional information would be helpful. I don't mean to namedrop other sites, but not sure how it works here referencing something.
Thanks.

MDMC@MDMC For now, join the group multiple times with different options, then shoot an email to support@massdrop.com to have your shipping bundled together (for discounted shipping).

The nicks / blemishes are because these dice are in fact, injection molded, and that's where they connect to the frame. All molded dice have these, the difference with typical cheap dice is that they are then dipped entirely in paint, and then run through a rock polisher to remove the undesired paint, round corners and deal with the blemish. This polishing process leads to unevenly worn dice that do not roll true.

These dice have not been polished. The slight blemish does not affect how they roll, or at least it doesn't affect them anywhere near as much as the polishing affects other brands of dice. These are the most accurate and true rolling dice short of machined dice (think of the classic red casino dice, those are machined down from a larger piece of material instead of molded, which is why they are so expensive).

The paint rubbing off is a different issue though and is too bad. I've owned a set (purchased from my FLGS, not here) and some of the them have the paint disappearing and others don't.

Even when you make the lowest price you're not saving much over Amazon. The big draw is the color dice you want with the color ink you want.

Me too I would be interested to have an option for Canada even if shipping would be close to the price of the dices...

I bought a set of these dice back in February and they looked great at first but after a while the paint started coming off of the dice. So that after two months my 20 sided die had almost no paint left. I eventually ended up going the crayon route to color the numbers back in but as expensive as these dice were I expected better quality. That said, massdrop.com was great about it and issued me a refund.

jmayhewBah. Thanks for that. Was thinking about pulling the trigger but at this price they should look good for longer than 2 months.

Going to pass.

I'd love to join in but is there any plans to ship these to canada?
uploaded some pics of the dice...I overlooked a slip on the packaging, so a refund may not be needed. seems like they're expected to be there in a way http://imgur.com/a/4rNgP/all
